Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all of my clients, I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will lead to the forfeiture of the initial session fee. In cases where payment was not processed before the session, the client remains accountable for the payment. This policy is essential to compensate for the time that was reserved for the appointment.
