After your purchase, we’ll schedule a brief 10–15 minute interview to gather the information needed to prepare your personalized reading. During this conversation, you'll have the oppurtunity share key information, intentions, questions, and any specific areas of focus you’d like explored. This step ensures that your experience is accurate, meaningful, and fully aligned with your goals. Your session will be recorded, and I will email you a copy of the recording after your reading. Please note that while I make every effort to record each session successfully, I cannot guarantee the recording in the event of a technical issue. I encourage you to be prepared to take notes during your session. In most cases, recordings are completed without any problems. Once the interview is complete, I’ll begin preparing your customized reading plan.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all of my clients, I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will lead to the forfeiture of the initial session fee. In cases where payment was not processed before the session, the client remains accountable for the payment. This policy is essential to compensate for the time that was reserved for the appointment. I value your time and mine, and your cooperation with this policy ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients. Thank you for your understanding.
